Авиационный учебный центр (АУЦ)
Наш Фонд, совместно с центром поддержки предпринимательства г. Таруса, МО АТСК, на базе аэродрома "Танино", создал авиационный учебный центр «им. Героя Советского Союза, Заслуженного летчика-испытателя СССР, Летчика-космонавта СССР Волка Игоря Петровича» (АНО) начальной подготовки летных специалистов из числа кадетов, подростков-сирот и подростков из малообеспеченных семей, для которых обучение будет БЕСПЛАТНЫМ.
Музей авиации
Наш фонд, совместно с Центром поддержки предпринимательства г. Таруса и Авиационным учебным центром «им. Героя Советского Союза, Заслуженного летчика-испытателя СССР, Летчика-космонавта СССР Волка Игоря Петровича» (АНО), приступили к созданию музея авиации на территории аэродрома «Танино»
Часовня Михаила Архангела
Наш Фонд, совместно с Центром поддержки предпринимательства г. Таруса при согласии Его Высокопреосвященства Климента митрополита Калужского и Боровского с Благословенной помощью Отца Леонида (Гвоздева) приступили к строительству Часовни Михаила Архангела (памяти погибших летчиков) на территории аэродрома "Танино".
У истоков Российской государственности
Благотворительный фонд развития Информационных технологий, образования и малой авиации, совместно с Центром поддержки предпринимательства г. Таруса , Института социальных отношений КГУ им. К.Э. Циолковского (г. Калуга) при активной поддержке мещовского Свято-Георгиевского мужского монастыря приняли участие в проекте "У истоков Российской Государственности"

Inadequate government funding of social, sports and aviation organizations has led to a sharp decrease in the interest of youth in scientific and technical creative work in the field of aviation. Since the reorganization of the DOSAAF organization, flying clubs and technical study groups have ceased to exist. The acquisition of flying skills has become almost unattainable for young people. Consequently there is the growth of drug addiction, alcoholism and crimes among young people.
It should be objectively admitted, that according to the latest surveys of young people in big cities and in rural areas of the Central Russia, the main reasons for the growth of drug addiction, alcoholism, and the number of crimes among young people are precisely the social environment, the loss of moral values and lack of faith in possibility of self-realization. More than 60% of the surveyed young people stated that the use of drugs and alcohol was caused by the situation when there is nothing to do, and disbelief that anyone is interested in their future.
The Foundation together with the Business Support Center of Tarusa, using the facilities of the airport complex "Lytkino", has launched the project of creating the Aviation Training Center (ATC) of the initial flight preparation of specialists from the cadets, the teenage orphans and youth from low-income families for whom the training will be COMPLETELY FREE.
